Nul n’ignore que la République Démocratique du Congo est victime de plusieurs antis valeurs dont les valeurs morales au plus bas niveau. La RDC a besoin des leaders forts, des hommes et femmes qui pourront conduire les communautés, organisations et institutions de ce beau pays pour lui offrir un avenir et des destinées radieuses. Il y a un besoin de relever ces défis en offrant une alternative biblique à travers certaines conventions avec les partenaires internes et externes dont le gouvernement, les ONG internationales…. C’est ainsi que La CECA 20 organise quatre Départements: DCOM, FB, ECP et ESU.
